Withdrawing to your bank account

Getting money from your Seller Balance into your bank. Before you start You need approved identity verification (KYC), including your bank details. Withdrawals go only to a bank account in your own verified name. Requesting 1. Go to Balance. 2. Request a withdrawal. 3. Enter the amount. 4. Confirm. Your bank details come from your verification record, so there's nothing to re-enter — this also prevents money being sent to an account that isn't yours. What happens next The amount is deducted from your balance immediately and the request goes to our team for review and payout. Your balance reflects the pending withdrawal right away. One at a time You can only have one active withdrawal request at a time. Wait for the current one to complete before starting another. Statuses See Withdrawal statuses and timelines. If it's declined The full amount is returned to your Seller Balance. You'll be told why. Cancelling You can cancel while it's still awaiting review, and the amount returns to your balance. Once approved and in flight, it can't be cancelled. Limits There aren't any. Withdraw whenever you like, for any amount up to your balance. No minimum, no maximum, no waiting period between requests. Bank fees If your bank charges a transfer fee, it's deducted from the amount you requested rather than billed separately. Request ฿1,000 with a ฿20 transfer fee and ฿980 arrives. Your balance still drops by the full ฿1,000. Worth accounting for on small withdrawals — a fixed fee is proportionally much larger on ฿100 than on ฿10,000.

Withdrawal statuses and timelines

Tracking a withdrawal from request to money in your bank. | Status | Meaning | Your balance | | --------- | --------------------------------- | --------------- | | Requested | Submitted, awaiting review | Already debited | | Approved | Approved; payout in flight | Debited | | Paid | Funds have left HOLO to your bank | Debited | | Declined | Rejected by our team | Restored | | Cancelled | You cancelled before approval | Restored | Your balance drops immediately At Requested, not at Paid. This is intentional — it stops the same money being spent twice while a withdrawal is being processed. If a withdrawal is declined or cancelled, the amount is restored in full. Paid, but nothing in my bank Paid means funds have left HOLO. Bank clearing takes additional time, particularly across weekends and public holidays. If it hasn't arrived after a reasonable period, contact support with your withdrawal reference and we'll trace it. Why a withdrawal might be declined - Verification isn't approved, or has lapsed - Bank details don't match your verified identity - The account is under review You'll be given the reason, and your money is returned to your balance. When withdrawals are processed Withdrawals are reviewed and paid out during working hours only — 10:00–18:00 ICT, Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays. Requests are queued outside those hours rather than processed automatically. In practice that means: - A request made on a weekday evening is picked up the next working morning - A request made on Friday night or at the weekend waits until Monday - A request made before a public holiday waits until the next working day Two separate waits It helps to think of a withdrawal as two stages, each with its own delay: 1. Requested → Approved.** Our team reviews it during working hours. 2. Approved → Paid → in your bank.** Once we release the payout, your bank still needs to clear it. That part is outside our control and can add time, particularly over a weekend. So a Friday-evening request can reasonably take until mid-week to land. Planning around it If you need the money by a particular date, request it early in the week rather than at the weekend. Withdrawals have no minimum and no fee from us, so there's nothing lost in requesting sooner.

Understanding your tax invoice

What each figure on a HOLO tax invoice means. The invoice number A 12-digit number in the format YYMMNNNNNNNN: - YY — year - MM — month - NNNNNNNN — a sequential running number within that month Thai tax rules require invoice numbers to be sequential and without gaps, so the counter resets at the start of each month to align with the VAT return cycle. The parties Issuer — HOLO's registered company name, address and tax ID. You — your legal name, address and tax ID, exactly as they were when the sale took place. Updating your profile later doesn't alter historic invoices; that's a legal requirement, not an oversight. The figures | Line | Meaning | | --------------- | --------------------------------------------- | | Sale amount | What the buyer paid | | Fee | HOLO's 8% service fee | | VAT | VAT contained within that fee | | Withholding tax | WHT deducted and filed by HOLO on your behalf | Why the fee shows VAT inside it The 8% is VAT-inclusive. The invoice separates the VAT component out for your records, but it isn't an additional charge — it's already inside the 8%. For your accountant Download the invoices covering your filing period and send them across. They contain everything needed to account for HOLO's fees and the withholding tax already filed. Discrepancies Contact support with the invoice number. Invoices can't be edited once issued — correcting one requires a formal document, which we'll handle properly.
