Getting tax documents for your Marketplace sales.
Where to find them
Go to Balance → Tax invoices. Every invoice issued to you is listed, newest first.
Downloading
Open an invoice and download or print it. Invoices are produced as documents you can save and forward to an accountant.
Verification required
You need approved identity verification to download tax invoices. A tax invoice must carry your real legal name, address and tax ID — a username isn't valid on a tax document.
If you see a prompt to verify, complete verification first.
What's on the invoice

Your name, address and tax ID as at the time of sale

The sale amount, fee, VAT and withholding tax
Why your details are frozen
Your identity details are captured at the moment of sale, not at download time. If you later update your address, old invoices keep the old one — Revenue Department rules require an invoice to reflect the details as they were when the sale happened.
Filtering
Filter by date range to pull a specific month or quarter for filing.
Missing an invoice
Not every transaction generates one. If you believe a sale is missing an invoice, contact support with the order reference.
