Withdrawal statuses and timelines

Last updated on Aug 11, 2026

Tracking a withdrawal from request to money in your bank.

Status Meaning Your balance
Requested Submitted, awaiting review Already debited
Approved Approved; payout in flight Debited
Paid Funds have left HOLO to your bank Debited
Declined Rejected by our team Restored
Cancelled You cancelled before approval Restored

Your balance drops immediately

At Requested, not at Paid. This is intentional — it stops the same money being spent twice while a withdrawal is being processed.

If a withdrawal is declined or cancelled, the amount is restored in full.

Paid, but nothing in my bank

Paid means funds have left HOLO. Bank clearing takes additional time, particularly across weekends and public holidays.

If it hasn't arrived after a reasonable period, contact support with your withdrawal reference and we'll trace it.

Why a withdrawal might be declined

  • Verification isn't approved, or has lapsed

  • Bank details don't match your verified identity

  • The account is under review

You'll be given the reason, and your money is returned to your balance.

When withdrawals are processed

Withdrawals are reviewed and paid out during working hours only — 10:00–18:00 ICT, Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays.

Requests are queued outside those hours rather than processed automatically. In practice that means:

  • A request made on a weekday evening is picked up the next working morning

  • A request made on Friday night or at the weekend waits until Monday

  • A request made before a public holiday waits until the next working day

Two separate waits

It helps to think of a withdrawal as two stages, each with its own delay:

  1. Requested → Approved.** Our team reviews it during working hours.

  2. Approved → Paid → in your bank.** Once we release the payout, your bank still needs to clear it. That part is outside our control and can add time, particularly over a weekend.

So a Friday-evening request can reasonably take until mid-week to land.

Planning around it

If you need the money by a particular date, request it early in the week rather than at the weekend. Withdrawals have no minimum and no fee from us, so there's nothing lost in requesting sooner.
