Getting money from your Seller Balance into your bank.
Before you start
You need approved identity verification (KYC), including your bank details. Withdrawals go only to a bank account in your own verified name.
Requesting
-
Go to Balance.
-
Request a withdrawal.
-
Enter the amount.
-
Confirm.
Your bank details come from your verification record, so there's nothing to re-enter — this also prevents money being sent to an account that isn't yours.
What happens next
The amount is deducted from your balance immediately and the request goes to our team for review and payout. Your balance reflects the pending withdrawal right away.
One at a time
You can only have one active withdrawal request at a time. Wait for the current one to complete before starting another.
Statuses
See Withdrawal statuses and timelines.
If it's declined
The full amount is returned to your Seller Balance. You'll be told why.
Cancelling
You can cancel while it's still awaiting review, and the amount returns to your balance. Once approved and in flight, it can't be cancelled.
Limits
There aren't any. Withdraw whenever you like, for any amount up to your balance. No minimum, no maximum, no waiting period between requests.
Bank fees
If your bank charges a transfer fee, it's deducted from the amount you requested rather than billed separately.
Request ฿1,000 with a ฿20 transfer fee and ฿980 arrives. Your balance still drops by the full ฿1,000.
Worth accounting for on small withdrawals — a fixed fee is proportionally much larger on ฿100 than on ฿10,000.
