Payment methods we accept

How you can pay on HOLO. Beam Checkout Most purchases go through Beam, our payment provider. Beam accepts: - PromptPay - Credit and debit cards - Internet banking - E-wallets You choose which of these at Beam's checkout page. You're returned to HOLO once payment completes. Seller Balance Money earned on HOLO can pay for shipping fees directly, without withdrawing it first. Prices include VAT The price displayed is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout. Card security HOLO never sees or stores your card number. Card details are entered on Beam's secure checkout, not on HOLO. Currency Prices are in Thai Baht (THB). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank converts it at their rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.

Paying with Beam Checkout

What to expect at the payment step. What happens When you check out, you're taken to Beam's secure payment page. Choose your method — PromptPay, card, internet banking or e-wallet — and complete payment there. You're then returned to HOLO. PromptPay through Beam Choose PromptPay and you'll get a QR code. Scan it with your banking app and confirm. Payment is detected automatically — there's no slip to upload. Don't close the window Wait to be returned to HOLO. Closing the tab mid-payment can leave your order in an unclear state while we confirm with the provider. After paying Your order moves to Paid. Packs appear in your account ready to open; Marketplace purchases appear in your Vault. If it's slow Occasionally a payment sits in review while it's confirmed with the provider. This usually resolves by itself. Don't pay again. Paying twice creates a duplicate charge that then has to be refunded. Order statuses explained

What each status on your order means. | Status | Meaning | | ------------------- | ----------------------------------- | | Pending payment | Created; payment not completed | | Payment review | Payment received; being confirmed | | Paid | Confirmed. Your items are available | | Cancelled | Not completed; you weren't charged | | Refunded | Refunded to your Seller Balance | Pending payment You haven't finished paying, or the payment didn't complete. You can return to the order and pay. Payment review We have evidence of payment and are confirming it. Usually brief. Don't pay again while an order is in review. Paid Everything is confirmed. Packs are ready to open, Marketplace cards are in your Vault. Cancelled Nothing was taken. If you were charged for an order showing as cancelled, contact support immediately with the order reference. Refunded The money went back to your Seller Balance, from where you can withdraw it. Stuck in Pending or Review? Check your bank first to see whether the money actually left. Then contact support with your order reference and what your bank shows.

My payment failed — what now?

Diagnosing and fixing a failed payment. First: check whether you were charged Look at your bank or card statement. - Not charged — nothing has happened. Try again. - Charged but the order didn't complete — don't pay again. Contact support with the order reference and your bank's transaction detail. Common causes - Card declined by your bank. Frequently a fraud block on an unfamiliar merchant. Your bank can authorise it. - Insufficient funds. - Online payments not enabled. Some Thai debit cards need online or international payments switched on in your banking app. - Session timed out. Payment pages expire. Start again. - 3-D Secure not completed. Cards often require an OTP or app confirmation — if that step is missed, payment fails. Trying again Return to the order and pay again. You can choose a different method. Pending charges that vanish Some banks show a pending authorisation on a failed payment which drops off after a few days. That's your bank's process, not a charge from HOLO. Still stuck? Contact support with the order reference, the payment method, roughly when you tried, and what your bank shows.

Refunds — when and how

How refunds work on HOLO. Where refunds go Refunds are credited to your Seller Balance, not back to your card or bank. From there you can withdraw to your bank, or spend it on HOLO. When you get one - Cancelled shipment — the shipping fee is refunded - Cancelled order — if you were charged - Approved refund request — where something has genuinely gone wrong What isn't refundable - Opened packs. Once a pack is opened the card is drawn and it's yours. A disappointing pull isn't grounds for a refund — that's the nature of buying a chance, and the odds were published before you bought. - Completed Marketplace purchases, absent a genuine problem with the card. - Instant buyback. Selling a card back is final. Requesting a refund Contact support with the order reference and what's wrong. Getting it to your bank Request a withdrawal from your Seller Balance. Requires verified identity — see Withdrawing to your bank account. Why not back to my card? Crediting your balance is immediate and avoids card refund delays. If you want it in your bank, withdraw it.

Prices, currency and what's included

How prices are displayed. Currency All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). VAT is included Displayed prices include VAT. Nothing is added at checkout — the number on thepack is the number you pay. Paying with a foreign card Your bank converts from THB at their own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Neither the rate nor the fee comes from HOLO, and the THB amount we charge is exactly what's shown. Shipping is separate Shipping isn't included in item prices. It's quoted when you request a shipment. See Shipping fees. Marketplace prices Set by the seller and shown inclusive. Buyers pay no fee on top — the price is the price. Sellers pay 8%, which comes out of that amount. Assessed value The assessed value shown on a card is HOLO's estimate, used for buyback and as pricing guidance. It's an estimate, not a promise — card values move.
