What each status on your order means.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | Created; payment not completed |
| Payment review | Payment received; being confirmed |
| Paid | Confirmed. Your items are available |
| Cancelled | Not completed; you weren't charged |
| Refunded | Refunded to your Seller Balance |
Pending payment
You haven't finished paying, or the payment didn't complete. You can return to the order and pay.
Payment review
We have evidence of payment and are confirming it. Usually brief. Don't pay again while an order is in review.
Paid
Everything is confirmed. Packs are ready to open, Marketplace cards are in your Vault.
Cancelled
Nothing was taken. If you were charged for an order showing as cancelled, contact support immediately with the order reference.
Refunded
The money went back to your Seller Balance, from where you can withdraw it.
Stuck in Pending or Review?
Check your bank first to see whether the money actually left. Then contact support with your order reference and what your bank shows.
