What each verification status means.

Status Meaning
Unsubmitted You haven't started yet
Pending Submitted; awaiting review
Approved Verified. Withdrawals, tax invoices and selling are unlocked
Rejected Something needs fixing. A reason is given
Suspended Verification has been suspended; contact support

Pending

A person reviews each submission. You'll be notified when there's an outcome.

Approved

Everything is unlocked. Your verified name and address are used on tax invoices,
and payouts go to your verified bank account.

Rejected

You'll be told what was wrong so you can correct and resubmit. See Common rejection reasons.

Rejection is nearly always a fixable documentation problem, not an accusation.

Suspended

A suspended verification means something needs looking at directly. Contact support.

When verifications are reviewed

Every verification is checked by a person, during working hours only10:00–18:00 ICT, Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays.

Submissions outside those hours sit in the queue rather than being reviewed automatically. A verification submitted on Friday evening is looked at on Monday.

Why this is worth planning around

Verification gates withdrawals, tax invoices, Marketplace selling and the daily free pack. If you wait until you want your money before verifying, you're waiting for review on top of the withdrawal itself — and both only move during working hours.

Verify early. You can do it at any time, including before you've sold anything, and it costs nothing to have it done and waiting.

If it's rejected

You'll need to correct and resubmit, which means another review during working hours. Getting your documents right first time is the single biggest thing you can do to speed this up — see Common rejection reasons.
