What protects you and what to do if something goes wrong.
What makes it safe
Every listed card is in HOLO's custody, verified and described by us. The seller never handles your money and you never depend on them posting anything.
The whole class of problems around private sales — cards that never arrive, conditions that were misrepresented, sellers who vanish — is designed out.
If something is wrong
Contact support with the order reference and what's wrong. Because we hold the card and have its full record, we can check the facts directly rather than adjudicating between two accounts of events.
Refunds
Where a refund is due it's credited to your Seller Balance, from which you can withdraw to your bank. See Refunds — when and how.
Buyer's remorse
Deciding you'd rather not have bought it isn't grounds for a refund. Marketplace purchases are of specific, fully described cards you chose deliberately — check the details before committing.
Reporting a listing
If a listing looks wrong — misleading description, suspicious pricing — report it to support. Every card is verified before listing, but tell us if something looks off.
Fair play
Manipulating the Marketplace — wash trading between your own accounts, artificially inflating prices, coordinated bidding — is prohibited and will cost you your account. See Fair play.
