Changing your mind about a card you've listed.
Listing statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Live and buyable |
| Reserved | A buyer is mid-checkout; temporarily held |
| Sold | Complete; ownership transferred |
| Cancelled | You withdrew it |
| Expired | It reached the end of its listing period |
Cancelling
You can cancel any Active listing. The card returns to normal in your Vault
and can be shipped, sold back, or re-listed.
While Reserved
A reserved listing can't be cancelled — someone is partway through paying for it. If their payment fails or times out, the reservation releases and it returns
to Active, at which point you can cancel.
This is deliberate: a seller shouldn't be able to yank a card away from a buyer
who is entering their card details.
Changing the price
Cancel the existing listing and create a new one at the new price.
After it's sold
Sold is final. Ownership has transferred and the buyer has paid. If there's a
genuine problem, contact support — see Safety, disputes and refunds.
