Sell a card for ฿1,000:

VAT
Where VAT applies, the fee is VAT-inclusive — the 8% already contains it, rather than VAT being added on top.
Withholding tax
Thai law requires withholding tax on service fees. HOLO files this on your
behalf — you don't need to handle it yourself. It's reflected in your tax
invoice.
