What is HOLO and how does it work?

An overview of packs, the Vault, shipping, and selling on HOLO. HOLO is a platform for collecting real, physical trading cards. Every card you pull from a pack is an actual card that exists in our vault — not a digital image or an NFT. The short version 1. Buy a pack from the Store. 2. Open it and see which card you pulled. 3. Keep it in your Vault, where HOLO stores it safely for you. 4. Decide what to do with it — ship it to your door, sell it back to HOLO instantly, or list it on the Marketplace for other collectors. Why cards stay in the Vault When you pull a card, it's yours immediately. But it stays physically at HOLO until you ask us to ship it. This is deliberate — it means you can pull ten cards over a month and have them all shipped together in one package instead of paying shipping ten times.It also means you can sell a card without ever touching it. If you list a card on the Marketplace and someone buys it, ownership transfers instantly and the card never has to move. What's actually in a pack Every pack has a published card pool — the complete list of cards that pack canproduce. You can see the whole pool, and every card's rarity, before you buy. Nothing is hidden.

Creating your account and verifying your email

How to register on HOLO and confirm your email address. Creating your account 1. Go to the Sign up page. 2. Enter your email address and choose a password. 3. Submit the form. 4. We'll send a verification link to the email address you entered. Verifying your email Open the email from HOLO and click the verification link. This confirms the address belongs to you. You must verify your email before you can buy anything. This protects you — order confirmations, shipping updates and payout notifications all go to that address, so it needs to be one you actually control. The email hasn't arrived Wait a few minutes first; delivery isn't always instant. If it still hasn't appeared: - Check your spam or junk folder. This is the most common cause. - Check the address for typos. A single wrong character means the email went somewhere else entirely. - Request a new link. The link in each email expires. If you've been sitting on an old one, request a fresh one. If none of that works, contact support and we'll verify you manually. Signing up with the wrong email If you registered with an address you can't access, don't create a second account — that causes problems later with verification and payouts. Contact support instead and we'll correct the address on your existing account.

Choosing your username

Setting your public username and what it's used for. After you first sign in, HOLO asks you to choose a username. You can't skip this step — the username identifies you across the platform. Where your username appears - On your public profile page - Next to your Marketplace listings - In the live activity feed when you pull a notable card - On shared pack-opening replays Your real name is never shown publicly. Even after identity verification, the legal name you submit is used only for tax documents and payouts — other collectors only ever see your username. Rules - Must be unique across HOLO - Once other people can see it, changing it breaks any links pointing at your profile Choosing well Pick something you're happy being known by. Because your username appears on your listings, other collectors will come to recognise it — a username you regret is harder to shed than it looks. Changing it later Username changes are handled by support rather than self-service, to prevent people from rapidly cycling usernames to escape a bad selling reputation. Your first pack: a complete walkthrough

Step by step from buying a pack to holding the card. This walks through the entire journey once, so you know what to expect. 1. Pick a pack Go to the Store. Each pack shows its price, how many cards it contains, and its drop rates by rarity. Open a pack's page to see the full card pool — every card that pack can produce. 2. Pay Choose your pack and check out. Payment goes through Beam, which accepts PromptPay, cards, internet banking and e-wallets. Prices shown include VAT. 3. Open it Once payment clears, the pack appears in your account as sealed and ready to open. Opening is a deliberate moment — you tear the pack open and reveal the card yourself. It isn't just a loading spinner. 4. The card is yours The card lands in your Vault. It's legally yours from this point. Physically it stays at HOLO until you decide what happens next. 5. Decide You now have three options, and you can take your time: | Option | What happens | | ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Ship it | We post the physical card to your address. You pay shipping. | | Sell it back | HOLO buys it instantly at 90% of its assessed value, credited to your Seller Balance. | | List it | You set a price and sell it to another collector on the Marketplace. | Doing nothing is also fine. Cards sit in your Vault indefinitely at no cost. A tip for your first few packs If you plan to open more than one pack, wait before requesting shipping. Cards shipped together cost far less than cards shipped one at a time.

Switching between English and Thai

How to change the language HOLO displays in. HOLO is available in English and Thai. Use the language switcher in the site header to change between them. Your choice is remembered, so you only need to set it once per device. What changes The interface, emails and notifications all follow your language setting. What doesn't change Card names stay in their original language. A Japanese card keeps its Japanese name, because that's what's printed on the card and what collectors search for. Translating card names would make them impossible to find. Set names, card numbers and grading company terms (PSA, BGS) also stay as is — these are international standards in the hobby.
