When you can cancel and how refunds work.
When cancellation is possible
You can cancel while the shipment is still Awaiting payment, Payment review, or Requested.
Once it reaches Packed, you can't. The cards are physically packed at that point.
How to cancel
Open the shipment and choose to cancel.
What happens to your cards
They go straight back into your Vault, unchanged. Nothing is lost by cancelling.
Refunds
Any shipping fee you've paid is refunded back to your Seller Balance.
Refunds land as Seller Balance credit rather than back to your bank. From there you can withdraw it if you'd rather have cash — see Withdrawing to your bank account.
Already packed and you need to stop it
Contact support immediately. We can't promise anything, but if it hasn't been
collected there may be something we can do.
