Shipment statuses explained

Last updated on Aug 11, 2026

What each status on your shipment means.

Your shipment moves through these stages.

Status Meaning
Awaiting payment The shipping fee hasn't settled yet. Nothing happens until it does.
Payment review We've received your payment evidence and are confirming it.
Requested Paid and queued. Waiting for our team to pack it.
Packed Your cards are packed and a label is prepared.
Shipped Handed to the carrier. Tracking is now live.
Delivered The carrier has confirmed delivery.
Cancelled The request was cancelled. Any fee paid is refunded.

Where you can still cancel

Up to and including Requested. Once it's Packed, cancellation isn't
possible — the cards are physically out of the vault and in a parcel.

Shipped but no tracking movement

Carrier tracking can take up to a day to show its first scan after collection.
If there's no movement after that, contact us with the tracking number.

When shipments are processed

We work through the packing queue every day except weekends and Thai public holidays.

A shipment paid on a Friday evening is therefore picked up on the following
Monday, and a request made just before a long holiday weekend waits until the next working day.
