What happens when you open a pack, step by step.
Sealed packs sit in your account until you choose to open them. There's no expiry.
Opening
Go to your packs and choose one to open. The pack opens as a deliberate, hands-on moment rather than a loading bar — you tear it open and reveal the card yourself.
The reveal
Once revealed you'll see the card's full details: name, set, card number, rarity tier, condition or grade, and its assessed value.
If the card is graded, the grading company and grade are shown. If it's raw (ungraded), its condition is shown instead.
What happens next
The card is immediately yours and appears in your Vault. From the reveal screen you can:

Sell it back to HOLO instantly at 90% of assessed value

Go to your Vault to review everything you own
There's no time limit on deciding. The card stays in your Vault until you act.
Opening several packs
If you have multiple sealed packs you can open them in one session. See Opening several packs at once.
If something goes wrong mid-open
If your connection drops or the page errors while opening, don't panic and don't open again. Refresh the page — an interrupted opening resumes rather than being lost, and you won't be charged twice or lose the card.
